Perched on a sunlit corner in Eagle Rock, our clients brought us on to this project to create a newly constructed residence that is a modern Mediterranean-inspired retreat. Thoughtfully designed from the ground up, it features arched details, warm natural finishes, and custom millwork that infuse the space with timeless character. Light-filled interiors flow effortlessly from the open-plan living area to outdoor patios, a rooftop deck, and a detached guest house—each space crafted for connection, calm, and contemporary living. With sustainability at its core, this home blends architectural elegance with everyday comfort in one of Northeast LA’s most beloved neighborhoods.

This project embodies our Studio’s holistic approach to residential design, where every element serves both beauty and function. From the sculptural staircase with integrated shelving to the spa-like primary suite and rooftop deck with sweeping views, each space was imagined to enrich daily living. The detached guest house offers flexible living for guests, family, or creative work, while eco-conscious features like all-electric infrastructure, smart irrigation, and rainwater harvesting reflect our commitment to sustainable design. It's not just a home—it’s a thoughtful ecosystem built for modern life.
